• Well, it's not about a religion.

• It's not about going to church on a Sunday.

• It's not about being a good person.

• It's not about following a lot of rules.

• It's not about having been baptised or having Christian parents.

• It's not about singing Kum Ba Yah!

 So what is Christianity all about?

It's about Jesus Christ...

When Jesus came to earth 2000 years ago he came with one purpose... to die. Why?

By our very nature and in all the wrong stuff we think and do, we reject God.

God created us to be in a perfect relationship with Him, but we turned our back on Him and go our own way.

God is just, and so he has to punish our rejection of Him.

Jesus, fully man and fully God, lived a perfect life.

He died on a cross in our place, taking the punishment we deserve.

God accepts this substition and Jesus rose from the dead.

This means that we can have forgiveness of our rebellion, peace with God and eternal life with Him in Heaven.

All we must do is trust in Jesus' sacrificial death and accept him as the Saviour and rightful ruler of our lives.

Christianity isn't an old religion full of rules, it's a radical way of living, of experiencing true peace, happiness, and forgiveness through the death of Jesus.

It's all about Jesus Christ...

Who said
"I am the way, the truth and the life."
(John 14:6)
And
"But what about you... Who do you say I am?"
(Luke 9:20)
